Sunday, July 20, 2008. I decided to change the name of my blog. Yes, it is fun living here in vacation land and not being on vacation. BUT one of my favorite sayings is "Life is good". The other day I saw a journal notebook at Costco that was titled "GOOD and PLENTY". I love that! I think it is a fun way of saying that life is good. My life is so good and over flowing with plenty! Sunday, January 29, 2012. Can you even believe that my baby is ONE? I'm still in denial that's for sure. We had a young man in our ward report on his mission today and I got a huge lump in my throat thinking that the next 18 years are sure to fly by as fast as this first one, and it's going to be like tomorrow that Beckett is leaving me for a mission! Sunday, October 11, 2009. Well I wish I could say that the home improvements were over.not so much! But we are over it for now. Someday we will have closet doors, a finished master bedroom, paint touched up, and all our pictures and accessories put in place.But for now, we are just enjoying the parts that are done! Actually my shoe closet is in the tiny room, I better add a picture of that. For the record, I got rid of two BIG boxes of shoes at my yard sale this weekend. Don't judge me!

Thursday, February 10, 2011. Crazy to think that Beckett is two weeks old already. We are loving this sweet little boy and slowly but surely adjusting to life with a newborn. All I can say is that nobody can really prepare you for this! It is amazing, emotional, and extremely hard all at the same time. We feel pretty lucky though that he chose us to take care of him. Pretty weird, but looking on the bright side. in a neighborhood where every house looks alike, we can tell visitors we live next to the house with the ducks. Lucky us! Our circa 1974 townhome. Sunday, March 27, 2011. Beckett is TWO months old today! I know everyone kept telling me that it goes fast, but man they were not kidding. He is getting so big and changing so much everyday.
