April 5, 2012. The unknown is scary. We've been house hunting the last few days here at Camp Lejeune, our future home in about 6 weeks. It's been a struggle to find a decent rental without paying out the nose or having to deal with horrible base traffic. I was so looking forward to not having to deal with traffic anymore! March 21, 2017. We got to watch our little buddy Sterling for a few hours the other day. We sure do love this little guy. The weather has been so ridiculously good for the last couple weeks, we had been outside for most of it. I know winter will hit back hard, but right now we are loving it. February 22, 2017. We couldn't be more excited to be adding to our family in June! February 16, 2017. We have had an unusually warm January this year which, for us, means walks to the park. January 29, 2017.

New Zealand – South Island. March 17th, 2014. In Christchurch we found that many museums and buildings were still closed due to the February 2011 earthquake. Most of the buildings hadn’t been razed but structural damage made them unsafe so we stayed out of doors and visited the botanical gardens. In Queenstown, we enjoyed exploring and spent one day going out to Milford Sound on the Tasman Sea on the West Coast. We took a guided bus tour and boat ride.
