Tuesday, April 30, 2013. Kevin, JP, Jolene, Trever. The bigs all have instruments they play but the littles need more consistant direction with practice. They have a good start with the piano already so I think we will move forward with the piano. More charts to come up with! I love practice charts. They are a means to simple satisfaction and contentment. I have seen confidence and a feeling of dependablity come to children when they can put a check mark or a sticker by a job completed.

Thursday, May 30, 2013. Look who got braces! Tuesday Alyssa got her top braces on. It is amazing to me that the teeth have already started to shift. She felt a little sore yesterday. Today she had her tonsils out so now not only can she not chew, she just can't eat at all! We got home about 3 hours ago and she can't seem to even keep down water! Hopefully tomorrow will be a little easier on her! Josh is busy with a driver's ed class this week. He is there from 8-2pm for this week. On to 2nd class!

I left the store with a pair of shoe for HayHay but no dress for Lyssy. Searching on-line there are a few thing out there but not much. There just isn't a push for modesty. Thursday, May 2, 2013. LP always has something going on. Tonight he wanted to show me he could stand on his head for 5 minutes. He has mastered the headstand. I guess I should now enroll him in yoga, break dancing or gymnastics. He must be tired because he hasn't come downstairs yet. With KP out of town I am always happy to hear his little feet walking down the stairs and the hall in the middle of the night. He climbs right into our bed and goes back to sleep.
