Wednesday, May 1, 2013. Today I made banana bread for three reasons. I had 4 very ripe bananas sitting on the counter. The littles and the bigs love it. I am the mom driving 4 middle school girls to track today. 1/2 cup butter, at room temperature. 2 eggs, well beaten. 1 tsp baking soda. 1/2 cup walnuts (optional). Makes 2 loaves. This is important!
