Monday, January 5, 2009. OUR HOLIDAY SEASON 09. THANKSGIVING THIS YEAR WS GREAT BECAUSE IT WAS THE FIRST ONE THAT I DIDNT HAVE TO WORK. I GOT TO HELP MOM AND MAKE SOME OF THE DINNER. THIS CHRISTMAS WAS A NICE AND PEACEFUL CHRISTMAS. BOTH OF MY BROTHERS WERE HERE THIS YEAR. THAT HASN'T HAPPENED. IN A COUPLE OF YEARS. I GOT A GREAT PLEASURE WHEN I SAW THE EXCITEMENT IN BRAYDEN'S. FACE AS HE OPENED. HIS PRESENTS. HIS MANNERS WERE RIGHT THERE SAYING THANK YOU AND I LOVE IT TO EVERYTHING! OUR HOLIDAY SEASON 09.

This adventure began Christmas 2004, when Steven, Peter, Dad and myself went down to Sussex to visit George and Brenda. We started talking about the wider family and our forebears and I, incorrectly, said that on our grandmother’s side (Howells) that there were 9 children. Steven said that it would be possible with so many in the family to begin to trace the family tree and thus began the journey. The above picture is of Waterloo Cottage, which stands in a field near Ivington, Herefordshire.
