The shelves are always stacked so pretty it is like art work. I don't know how early they have to arrive to set up by 9:30 or so. The shops go on for a block and a half. This is Cristian who we were able to help get on his mission. They call him Bombero Chico Bueno. Because he was a firefighter, and here in Chile they are all called that as they are volunteers. It went something like this:. Ian's answers are in red, my thoughts in purple). That is a nice, solid, manly name. Good job, Mom. January 5, 2002. What a horrible date. Sunday, August 30, 2009. And now. The unfortunate reality of regular life. We came back just in time for Ian to sing his solo in church. At first I was bothered by the timing of the entire thing. I mean, he was singing the very week we got home. However, in the end it worked out fine. Because we were going to Chile, we decided to sing. I am a Child of God. Here is the soloist! But, Ian is in 2nd grade this year and so far is doing great! His team scored 4! But that was just Ian. He is quite a player.

I smile every time I see this video because he just seems so happy. I love Chile. It is always going to be a part of our family and I am glad!
