Our Ordinary Family

Learning to live for Jesus. I married my high school sweetheart on December 19,1987. While Jason and I have had our share of ups and downs, we wouldn't trade any of it. God has taken our mistakes and given us a strong marriage! Our children Gary (July 1989), Ally (July 1993) and Doug (June 1998)are the lights of our lives. Gary attends Middle Georgia College where he plays baseball. Ally is a 10th grader at Thomas County Central High School, and Doug is a 4th grader at Jerger Elementary. Sunday, March 15.

The Sunday School Letter (Mark Brewer's Class): November 2008

http://markbrewersundayschool.blogspot.com/2008_11_01_archive.html

The Sunday School Letter (Mark Brewer's Class). Sunday, November 30, 2008. 2 Samuel 23: 3-5. Today, we are finishing our study of 1st and 2nd Samuel by considering some of the final recorded words of King David. Next week, it's on to 1 Thessalonians! As we apply these verses to our life, the first question to consider is who do we rule (or have influence) over. Second, we need to consider what determines how you treat those with whom you interact? In 2 Samuel 23:3, God tells David the type of rule that H...

The Sunday School Letter (Mark Brewer's Class). Sunday, January 4, 2009. Live in God's Will! Background Passage: 1 Thessalonians 4: 1-12. Today, we will be examining a passage where Paul is exhorting the Thessalonian believers to live within God's will. He is speaking in terms of God's will as it applies to all believers. Finally, Paul writes in v. 11 that we are to make it our ambition to live a quiet life and to mind our own business. What an oxymoron! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). That Jesus Chr...

An ordinary mom sharing glimpses of her life, including transracial adoption, special-needs kids, and the typical stuff of life. Things We Know About. Posted by Kelly in Inclusion. My friend and I watched silently. 8220;Oh my gosh,” I finally whispered. It was as though I had been punched in the gut. I could not breathe as I watched them walk by. And then the tears came. Our extra-Ordinary Life

Sunday, February 12, 2017. So, I was looking through some ABQ photos and I found some gems! These were in a Sept. - Nov. file. By then, of 2003, we had settled in quite nicely. Micah started a Mother's Day Out at a local preschool. He went only on Fridays for a few hours and loved it! I loved it because it gave him time to play with other kids. A few of those kids were in his kindergarten class the next year. Picture proof that we did do pumpkins and costumes with our boys! Again, this was our first year...

Monday, July 21, 2014. Lil Bro - First Day of Kindergarten. Thursday, July 17, 2014. This is Mulan. (I think that is her name) She is a turtle from Big Bro's school. Big Bro is in charge of the turtle for the summer. And you ask why do we have it in our kitchen? Big Bro and family are on vacation. She is quite cute for a turtle. She loves to eat. Whenever we pass her she swims like crazy and keeps opening her. She must be enjoying the food because this is what we found. We've never seen a turtle egg,...
