The thing about feelings is that they assault you when you least expect. 10 de maio de 2013. E agora, estou diabética. Diabetes gestacional. Sim, eu sei que na maioria dos casos passa após o parto. Também sei que, desde que controlada, não há consequências graves nem para mim, nem para a criança. Sei que o controlo da coisa passa por um sacrifício necessário. Sei que há coisas piores. Mas porra, posso estar triste, ou não? É mais um factor de stress, mais uma limitação. Tenho um puzzle mental para fazer.

Feist - So Sorry. Passados 2 meses e meio (mais coisa, menos coisa), apeteceu-me escrever outra vez. E muito tenho vivido! A grande entrada na nova década: os 30 (dos quais muito me orgulho, tenho um feeling. Que vai ser uma grande década.)! E além de os ter comemorado junto de todos aqueles de quem gosto, ofereci uma grande prenda à minha pessoa: a viagem ao Japão! O atendimento que temos. Pela 2ª vez consecutiva esta semana, fui com uns amigos a um snack/restaurante ao lado do S. Jorge para jantar, e nas duas vezes o "simpático" empregado nos diz (com o seu ar mais arrogante):. Vai demorar e não vai ser pouco! E repete isto sempre que passa pela mesa! Porque não nos levantámos, logo? Porque à noite ali perto não há mais nada e o tempo era curto. Na segunda vez, ele repete a proeza, mas nós só aguentámos até à segunda passagem pela mesa com o mesmo comentário!

I could seriously just sit down and eat an entire head of iceberg lettuce…and I have, but I do like being a little more creative, especially when I am trying to add nutrients!
