Starting a business in Australia

Here's just a small sampling of the businesses that we have helped and what they have to say about us. As the Managing Director of three fast-growing companies, it's very easy to get caught up in the day-to-day operations. Of running my businesses and lose sight of the bigger picture. Rapid business growth and ever-changing technology have presented the challenge of developing internal processes. And systems that facilitate growth and allow me to focus on the things that really matter. While welcome, was...

Stephanie Conway: August 2010
http://stephconway.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
Wednesday, 11 August 2010. Hello again, just a post to fill up my blog a bit! It will be a little empty until I begin my travels though. I booked my flights last week! I depart Manchester on the 27th November, change in Abu Dhabi and finally arrive in Sydney on the 29th November. Early start as I arrive in Sydney at 07.20am! The cousin's my age now work as well as the older folk so it will have to be a weekend that I meet them. Though I could probably do with a big hat! Sunday, 1 August 2010. WHV - who I...

Helen's Travels..: Life in the outback!
http://helen-in-oz.blogspot.com/2012/10/life-in-outback.html
Thursday, 25 October 2012. Life in the outback! After almost a year I have finally left Melbourne, and moved to Alice Springs, right in the middle of Australia! It was sad to say goodbye to Melbourne and all my friends there, but I decided it was time to go somewhere different, and Alice Springs certainly is different! It's actually in the middle of nowhere! And the weather is SO different to Melbourne! Since I've been here there have been 9 days in a row where the temperature has got to over 38 degrees!

Helen's Travels..: June 2011

Sunday, 26 June 2011. Life on the farm. Well, it's been an interesting few weeks! Ended up really struggling to find a job in Brisbane, the only job I was offered was door to door sales which I really didn't want to do! So me and Steph (a girl I met in the hostel) flew up to Cairns and we are now working on a farm! I've decided I want to get my 2nd year visa and to do that you have to do 88 days farm work. And the sofas in the living room are old and horrible, so not comfy at all! Zucchini picking is a b...

The Little Graduate: December 2012
http://www.thelittlegraduate.com/2012_12_01_archive.html
A lifestyle blog on life from the eyes of a twenty-something Londoner, who recently relocated to Hong Kong. How To: Backpack Across Australia. Monday, 31 December 2012. Happy New Year's Eve from The Little Graduate! I did some research to see if I could feasibly end up backpacking down under, and discovered that if you are from the UK (or any of these. Countries), between the ages of 18 and 30, and looking for up to a year with the Aussies, then an Australian working holiday visa. Is what you need. Be sm...

Helen's Travels..: Back to Melbourne!
http://helen-in-oz.blogspot.com/2012/01/back-to-melbourne.html
Saturday, 28 January 2012. Arrived back in Melbourne in the morning on 4th Jan and moved into my new flat! So me and Ellie spent most of the day out buying bedding and did a big food shop etc! We also had a wonder down to Southbank where we had cocktails in the Crown Casino! The next day we picked up our hire car for our road trip! We drove to the Mornington Peninsula where we stopped for a walk and a picnic, then drove over to Philip Island! It was just as good second time! The penguins were so cute!

Helen's Travels..: April 2011
http://helen-in-oz.blogspot.com/2011_04_01_archive.html
Wednesday, 27 April 2011. Rain rain, go away! Had a pretty miserable few days in Sydney weather-wise! It was a horrible day on Saturday so in the morning all I did was venture out to the supermarket to get some food. I couldn’t believe the price of meat, it was so expensive. So I won’t be cooking much of that while I’m here! In the afternoon, me and a girl from YHA decided to go to the Royal Easter Show, which to be honest, was a bit of a let down! But I was good and just looked. After my food I decided ...

Stephanie Conway: March 2011
http://stephconway.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html
Thursday, 3 March 2011. February (so far.). Went for lunch with Al and Peg then hammered out my resume to everywhere I possibly could around. It’s looking pretty dire for work at the moment though as the university students don’t go back until the end of February/beginning of March. I finished at 6 then joined everyone at the Yacht Club. After the heatwave last week, apparently the hottest ever, I welcomed in some gloomy rainy weather to cool everything down. Had a bad few nights’ sleep! So I went to a b...
