Am I the only one who didn't know that the "This is the Place" park had much much more to offer that just the huge monument you can see from the zoo? For our field trip this last week we took the kids to the park, and I was completely blown away. They have an entire little village set up with mostly all original old SLC buildings. Friday, November 7, 2008. Two Month Check Up. Look how big Logan is getting! Time flies by so fast. He had his two month check up Monday. Poor little guy had to get two shots. He is now 12 pounds 2 ounces, 24 inches long, which puts him in the 95th percentile… he’s a big boy. I think he will be bigger than Jaxon. Posted by Clarke Family. A 9 oz. package frozen artichoke hearts, thawed and halved if large (or canned). 189; cup canned chicken broth. 1 large egg yolk. 2 T white wine vinegar. 1 t Dijon style mustard. 2 t minced fresh basil. 2 oz prosciutto, minced (ask deli counter for 12 very thin slices of prosciutto). 2 oz parmesan, grated fresh. 2 T fresh lemon juice or to taste. 188; cup minces fresh parsley leaves.
