Monday, January 13, 2014. Where does the time go? How is she 10 already? Maddy’s birthday was on a Monday. The first day back to school after Christmas break. I picked up Macaroni Grill for dinner for the birthday girl. She had a double doozie cookie for dessert and then opened presents from us. One of her presents was a Mani/Pedi. This girl loves to be pampered. We had her party at the skating rink. It was wonderful……….all I did was bring cupcakes. She is a great big sister! Happy Birthday Madison Kay!

This shaking keeps me steady. Saturday, December 31, 2011. I must admit that I have started at least 3-4 entries these past few months and never finished them! I can probably take the time to unpack all the psychological reasons why but it's the last day of the year and I wanted to humbly share some of "the bests" of this year for me.
