A hold your hand foray into sourdough. Tuesday, 1 November 2011. The hole in my bread-making repertoire was, until yesterday, burger-bun shaped. Despite making my own sourdough, bagels. Monkey bread, pizza. I hadn't managed to make (in truth hadn't ever really tried as I thought it was beyond me) any sort of soft roll to enclose a burger or sausage or hot dog. And any time we bought them in the supermarket, those cotton woolly rolls, I felt more annoyed with myself. I really dislike supermarket bread.

Pane,Amore e . Cioccolata! Perdonatemi se in questi ultimi mesi sono un po' latitante ma il tempo è sempre meno. Eccoci arrivati a Dicembre! E' cominciata con taaaanta pioggia qui da me,speriamo passi via presto questo tempaccio! Cosa si può fare in queste serate fredde e uggiose? Per me la risposta è semplice!
