人類是屬於群體生活的生物,一出生便接觸到一個小型的社會家庭(父母、長輩、親戚等等),然而這一個小型社會,卻常常將上天賦予每個人與生俱來的能力「創造力」給抹煞掉。在日常生活中,充滿許多具有創造性的思考空間,但是大多數的創意和想法卻往往遭受到既有習慣和傳統的思考模式扼殺,原本可行的創意和假設,總是被一句「不可能的啦!」輕易地否決掉了。 個人覺得在教練的學習過程中,有個很重要的能力應該要具備,即是能觸發別人 "我能"的想像力。 有的時候,越荒謬的想像力越是創意及熱情動力的泉源。 曾經看過一篇文章,好像有提過這樣的看法,在引導別人創意,腦力激盪時有幾項原則:1. 不批評;2. 歡迎搭便車;3. 提出What/if的問題。 什麼是「不批評」? 就是不管別人說些什麼,都不可以笑他、攻擊他、糾正他,也就是鼓勵大家想說什麼就說什麼,不可以有阻力。 ...12302;我爬得越高,我的建議越容易變成命令。我必須學習不再時時都贏,不再向別人顯示我有多聰明,不再告訴每個人該怎麼做,要協助別人成為贏家。』. ㄧ、 隨時放空 → 倒不滿. 二、 富同理心 → 透明水晶. 三、 真心傾聽 → 大器皿.
