Sunday, July 5, 2015. Our friends the Guses were kind enough to invite us over to their place for a 3rd of July party. Over-the-top as always with activities for the kids, lots of great food, fireworks, and my favorite, the Chinese lanterns! On the 4th we headed to Veseli for their parade. It was short and sweet. Very sweet. For about only a 15 minute parade, our kids sure walked away with a hefty candy stash. :). Finally, pizzas at the pool! Wrinkled toes is always a good sign. Lisa Lisa Bo Bisa.

Monday, July 20, 2015. We did our usual lake fun of rock skipping, wading in the water, watching nature, and fishing too. Back at camp we made our first campfire meals of pizzas for dinner, smores for dessert (of course), and blueberry/cream cheese stuffed French toast for breakfast. Since it WAS our anniversary, we toasted with sparkling grape juice. The kids loved that! On our way to Anoka we stopped by Mille Lacs Kathio State Park. Monday, June 7, 2010. My Best Friend's wedding. My best friend from Jr. High got married over Memorial Day weekend. They rented the Audobon Center, an owl rescue center about an hour south of Duluth.
