Saturday, February 11, 2012. The hazy days of winter and a busy two year old require a little creativity. Luckily for me and James, there are some great websites with clever ideas to keep us busy. I really like Play at Home Mom, http:/ www.playathomemom3.blogspot.com/. We made a list, headed to the craft store and let the fun begin. Bath color fizzers and plastic cups. Whew, look at it fizz! Floral sponge, play hammer and "nails" (golf tees). This was by far James's favorite! I picked these up at Michaels.

Sunday, November 25, 2012. I'm so behind on our blog so here are a few updates of our fall fun. It includes one of my favorite days, October 8th, James's birthday. Our little one turned 3. He requested a Curious George party so, of course, that's exactly what we did! It was a great time with family and friends! The bounce house was a hit! The bday boy and his dada! Wednesday, July 25, 2012. We are all doing well and having lots of fun this summer! We've been fortunate to spend lots of time with family and friends! Our house build is moving right along as you'll see in the pictures below. The decisions are still overwhelming especially when everything I pick out costs 10x what I need it too, but I'm not complaining! We were also very pleased to find out our new little one is a boy! Watermelon and sprinkler party at MooMoo and Pap's. Slip and slide fun.

Wednesday, August 22, 2012. August has been great! Our beach trip to Gulf Shores was, as always, a lot of fun and made extra special this year with the Hambleton Family joining us. James started PK2 last week and liked it! With his track record at the church nursery, we were very surprised! It is only 2 half days a week, but a nice break for Mama. James has also started going to sleep by himself. VICTORY IN JESUS! They do grow up! Riding the waves with Dada. Being silly at dinner. First Day of PK2.

Sunday, May 27, 2012. We recently met our good friends, the Willistons from Mississippi, (Paul, Megan, Matthew and Thomas) for a weekend in Memphis. We visited the Zoo, the Big Back Yard at Memphis Botanical Gardens, the Children's Museum of Memphis and Mud Island River Park. Although the weekend's activities were completely centered around the kiddos, we had fun too! Thanks for driving more than 1/2 way to meet us Willistons! We had a wonderful time catching up and look forward to our next mini-vacation!

Here is run down of happenings since Christmas. Henley is still a sassy girl. Henley celebrated turning 2! Mack had clown day at school. Fun at the park. Hen and Cousin Charlotte.
