Diaries of the Chronically UnPrepared. The tales of a perpetual procrastinator caught at a crossroads. Tuesday, September 22, 2009. I can't get my pictures to post the way I want. So they're a list of pictures*. Two trips to Oregon in four weeks? Visits with new and old friends on the beach and the city and the country! Rob and I spent those three hours in the front seat and it was almost like it was just the two of us again. Almost. And then Reed screamed. But man, was the drive beautiful.

Keturah's blog: October 2008
http://keturahmeyer.blogspot.com/2008_10_01_archive.html
Wednesday, October 15, 2008. I was so productive today! I started out the day by going to PCC. For those that don't know, I've decided to give up on the cruise ship thing and look at other options. What did I decide on? A career in the health care arena. At first I was looking at nursing, but it's really competitive, and seeing as I'm an instant gratification kind of girl, it didn't seem to be the right option for me. I'm really excited about my new plan: Medical Lab Tech! Tuesday, October 7, 2008. It'll...

Diaries of the Chronically UnPrepared: December 2009

Diaries of the Chronically UnPrepared. The tales of a perpetual procrastinator caught at a crossroads. Wednesday, December 30, 2009. A Reflection on 2009. Wow What a year. As I previously wrote, we are in the midst of moving. In two days the movers (yes, the movers, apparently we are fancy.or lazy.or overwhelmed by the prospect of moving five years worth of accumulation down three flights of stairs and up two, with a baby) will be here and they will take all of our stuff to Wallingford. Sometimes it has ...

Diaries of the Chronically UnPrepared: May 2010

Diaries of the Chronically UnPrepared. The tales of a perpetual procrastinator caught at a crossroads. Wednesday, May 12, 2010. Holy crap. Babies can really suck the individuality out of a person. It seems to me that there is nothing more draining on a person than the demands of a new born child. The diapers and the nursing and the diapers and the nursing and the diapers and the nursing. There certainly isn't a ton of time for other pursuits. I also started and internship at the Vera Project. I am su...

Diaries of the Chronically UnPrepared. The tales of a perpetual procrastinator caught at a crossroads. Tuesday, June 23, 2009. The original intention on this blog was to have something to do instead of homework. Its summer break, so I have nothing to put off. I suppose I could blame it on the baby, but he goes to sleep at 7:30 and pretty much stays that way for eleven hours.I hope writing that didn't just jinx us! Anyway, I could easily blog once he goes to bed, but I just haven't. Links to this post.

Keturah's blog: February 2009
http://keturahmeyer.blogspot.com/2009_02_01_archive.html
Thursday, February 19, 2009. Smarter than I thought? Well, I've kept up the 99% trend in the math department. I got my second test this week, and got 99% again.woo hoo! But, I'm kind of annoyed at the same time, because i missed the 100% by one stupid little thing! It was a problem about volume, and I did the math right, and came up with the right answer, I just forgot to put "inches cubed" at the end of it. D'oh! One percentage point for that. Boo! So, we'll see what happens! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Tuesday, August 11, 2009. Well, if you hadn't figured it out by now, I made it to California.safe and sound! Mr Pants did very well on the trip, and is still alive! I'm settled in as much as I can be in the room that has been graciously given to me until I find a job. I've been applying for a few jobs each day, and I hope to get one in the near future! She's got a condo that she's wanting to rent a bedroom out for a very reasonable price. We exchanged info, and hopefully that'll work out!

Keturah's blog: A's!
http://keturahmeyer.blogspot.com/2009/03/as.html
Tuesday, March 24, 2009. Well, I logged onto PCC's website today to see if grades from the term were up yet. They were, and I was pleasantly surprised! I got an A in both algebra AND chemistry! I've never gotten an A in either of those subjects before! I was sure I had gotten a B on it, but we didn't get them back before the end of the term, so I guess I won't know what I got! In other news.do I have other news? It's gonna be a busy couple of months! Congrats on the A's and have fun in all your travels!

Keturah's blog: My Portland "bucket list"
http://keturahmeyer.blogspot.com/2009/06/my-portland-bucket-list.html
Tuesday, June 30, 2009. My Portland "bucket list". WellI'm moving to California. I'm leaving town on August 2nd! I still can't believe it, but, I've given my roommate and my landlord their notice, so I guess that makes it pretty official! I went the day after a rainstorm, so everything was still wet and covered with raindrops. I think that added a nice touch to the experience! Here are some of my favorite pictures from the day.
