Coconut macaroon recipes are not terribly difficult to find, and when I saw this one for Gluten-Free coconut macaroons, I hesitated for a moment and wondered if not most coconut macaroon recipes. 2/3 cup agave nectar. 1/8 tsp. sea salt. 2/3 cups brown rice flour. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 3 cups sweetened shredded coconut. 189; cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (gluten-free). 1 Preheat oven to 350° F.
