I’m desperate to see if I have lost any weight but I’m holding off till Monday morning weigh in…. Also, I just realised that I haven’t actually set out any goals so I’ll do that ASAP! Life is all about the story. Me, me, me! I’ve got a whole heap of goals. So I’ve listed my personal fitness ones (which will be constantly updated and added to) with their due date first followed by my more abstract ones. Complete 100reps for my first exercise program – due at the end of the 8 weeks. Stop boredom eating – 29th September. Be able to leave a meal (particularly one I’ve brought half-finished – if I’m full). Walk the dog regularly (at least 3 times a week for an hour). Compete in a triathlon.
