Friday, May 2, 2014. Eddie was Confirmed at church on May 1, 2014. Judy and Marty drove down from PA to be here for the ceremony. Judy was Eddies sponsor. On April 30th, we had a celebration dinner. Eddie picked steaks on the grill, broccoli and rice. I got a cake for him at the grocery store. Eddie and Marty cooked the steaks on the grill. Then the Archbishop as him to name all the Popes! Thursday, December 26, 2013. Christmas 2013 Part 2. We made out sugar cookies on Christmas Eve. The kids have always helped with cutting them out and decorating them! Eddie even helps to roll them out sometimes! As is tradition, they always make on Gingerbread man and then the rest are bells, stars, trees, angels and snowmen. I am not sure what they like better, cutting them out, decorating or eating! I always take a picture of them with the gift wrap after they open presents. Eddie on Christmas morning.

Wednesday, January 29, 2014. Snow 2014 Part 2. This is one of the streets in the neighborhood, solid ice. One of the hills close to the house. I choose not to go up this hill last night on my way home from work. Instead I picked the small hill. There are 13 cars sitting along the road. Wednesday, February 20, 2013. Happy 18th Birthday, Kelli! Eighteen years ago today at 9:43pm I welcomed my second child, Kelli Ann, into the world. She didn't come easily, but after 36 hours of labor, she was here weighing in at 9 pounds 3 ounces, 21 inches long. It was a beautiful February day and my Mom was in town to watch Kaila when we went to the hospital. For those who know Kelli, she is avid reader and lover of books. Kaila got her an Ernest Hemingway book and a book about dreams.

Sunday, March 24, 2013. We celebrated Easter a week early this year since I have to work on Easter Sunday. Last night we colored Easter eggs. Not sure why Eddie has a goofy look on his face, but the kids were really acting silly through the whole thing! Even Ethel got to color an egg! It is hard to see, but the egg Eddie is holding says RIP Roxy. This morning, the kids looked for Easter eggs that the "Easter Bunny" had hid, (yes they insisted on this and I loved it! Saturday, May 17, 2014. Kaila graduated from University of North Georgia with a Bachelor's degree in Middle School Education on May 10, 2014! This is Kaila and one of her favorite professors and a friend from college. Kaila, me, Eddie and Kelli after the graduation ceremony! This pictures says "I made it". Kaila made the banner with her Cricut machine. This was one of the decorations for her party today. Kelli, Kaila and Aunt Cindy. My beautiful girls and me. They don't look anything like me, do they?

Wednesday, January 29, 2014. It started to snow on Wednesday around 10am. It continued all day and was finally slowing down around 9pm when I got home from work. This is the view from the hospital. I was glad to have a big window so I could watch the snow. It was too dark when I got home last night to take any pictures last night so I took these this morning. Thursday, June 5, 2014. Kelli's Graduation from CNA School. Kelli graduated from Certified Nurses Assistance school last week. It was a short class, 4 weeks. The reason she took this class is because she needs 2000 patient care hours before she can apply to PA school. This will allow her to work over the next 3 years of college to get the hours she needs.
