Add the sugar, hot water and yeast together. Let them bubble for a couple of minutes (3-5). Put the melted butter, eggs and salt into a kitchenAid and mix them together. Add the yeast mixture followed by the flour. Stir until combined. Dough will be very wet and sticky. Leave it alone and let it rise for 3 hours.
