Quinn's Cooking With Love & Passion!: French Lamb Cutlets....Versatile and quick
http://cookingquinn.blogspot.com/2010/10/french-lamb-cutletsversatile-and-quick.html
Quinns Cooking With Love and Passion! French Lamb Cutlets.Versatile and quick. Bought a whole rack of lamb and slice them up to get 8 slices of beautifully marbled French Lamb Cutlets. Could not help but cook it a couple of different ways. This post is really nothing more than sharing ideas rather than recipes. The previous ones was demonstrated in the orange. You could also pan fry them in a mixture of EVOO and seasoned butter and serve it as it is. When pan fried to your preferred doneness, you could s...

Quinn's Cooking With Love & Passion!: January 2011

Quinns Cooking With Love and Passion! Green Tea Smoked Salmon with Sticky Chilli Dressing. This is something I have made over and over again. I first saw it in Donna Hay Magazine and love it for its simplicity and has ever since modified and adapted it to my liking. This is really about the technique rather than the recipe, allow 2:2:1 ratio for the tea leaves:rice:brown sugar. Wrapping it with pancetta is optional but would help prevent the salmon from overcooking and keep it moist. 6 tbsp raw rice.

Quinns Cooking With Love and Passion! Japanese Egg Tofu with Minced Pork. This is for you. I hope this is simple enough. This is what I grew up eating every lunch and my grandma makes it often. I tried to make it as idiot-proof for you as possible so shoot me with questions if it's still unclear, talk about it being idiot-proof. It's basically Japanese egg tofu, that's what we call it back in Malaysia. It comes in a tube form and looks like this. Japanese Egg Tofu with Minced Pork. Dash of sesame oil.

With Lotsa Love and Passion! Friday, January 7, 2011. Durian-Chocolate Tiramisu with Champagne Glazed Cherries. Friday, January 07, 2011. Made this for a friend's birthday cake. When I first started making it, I've been made known she loves blackforest cake and durian. I wanted to make this easy black forest cake. Using readymade savoiardi/ladyfinger biscuits that you would use for Tiramisu. Then I recalled I've made a Durian Tiramisu. Durian and Chocolate Tiramisu with Champagne Glazed Cherries. 1/2 cup...

http://bakingquinn.blogspot.com/2010/09/inspired-desserts.html
With Lotsa Love and Passion! Saturday, October 16, 2010. Saturday, October 16, 2010. To start off with, I've made Dark Chocolate Brownies, Ginger Ice Cream and Salted Butter Caramel Sauce. This is adapted from the infamous Helen who blogs at mytartelette.com. Basically. Lusciously thick and dark, after being cooked down for a while over the stove. The saltiness comes through obviously and I like it.A LOT! The ginger ice cream. Next up, I've made Italian Plum Coffeecake with Sour-Cream-Cheese Topping.
