Texas Tales: FAQs
http://www.texastalesblog.com/p/frequently-asked-questions.html
With quadruplets comes curiosity and with curiosity comes a lot. Of questions. I've done a couple posts addressing questions I've received by email, blog comments, Facebook and in person. Here's the current compilation for your reading, must-know-now pleasure! Bear in mind, many of these questions were addressed in the early months of the quad's lives and much has changed since. New FAQ's will be added as time allows! Where did you get those animal bottle holders you used? Did you make your own baby food?

We had one seriously action-packed weekend and I am t i r e d. In this case, though, I think it's a sign of a successful Friday-to-Sunday series of events! The husband was home with us Friday so that made for a great start because I was already feeling a little rundown from the week—the quads keep me busy busy busy! About lunchtime, we split up and each took two of the kids to run some quick errands and grab some grub. The husband had Harrison and Logan and went to get hair cuts (just for the guys! Logan...

Fall Days and Big Kid Update! Kailey was sitting on my bed in my room, absent-mindedly flipping through a book when she looked up and eyed me questionably. I figured it was because I had makeup on (the kids always love seeing me get "done up" since it doesn't happen everyday) but instead she said, "Mommy, you're not pretty yet! Uhhh, thanks for the confidence booster Kailey Poo! Holding me to a standard already at just three years old! We are all still enjoying their two days a week at pre-school, which ...

My Daughter's Open Heart Surgery. This summer took a completely. More serious. She had a massive hole between the two atriums of her heart known as an Atrial Septal Defect (ASD) and needed open heart surgery within six to eight weeks to close it. It has been been just over one month since surgery and we truly cannot believe everything Kailey has gone through or how amazing. She looks and acts now! Tags in this post: Personal Tidbits. Life With the Leevers: January 2015
http://lifewithleevers.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html
Saturday, January 31, 2015. I haven't posted in a while, b/c time has slipped by and also I have felt that there hasn't been much to report. But, after looking back on my pics, there is a lot to report. Tyler has turned into his own little man. He walks right outside on his own and starts exploring! He likes to hold your hand, but really just wants to go. Sawyer, of course, has not lost any of his adventurous attitude. This little boy is so in love with his big Bubba, follows him everywhere! But, his fav...

Texas Tales: New Series! School Lunch Bites
http://www.texastalesblog.com/2016/03/new-series-school-lunch-bites.html
I've always been a lover of food and have long hoped to foster a healthy appreciation for good fare in that of my children—but little did I know prior to becoming pregnant with the quads that I'd be prepping far more meals then I thought when we set out to become parents! Thankfully, the kids have fairly well developed palates and favorite foods range from typical tot stuff like peanut butter sandwiches and chicken nuggets to oven roasted salmon, olives and hummus. Who, ironically, has two sets of twins!

Mandatory Spa Time, Foundation Work and Sickies. It's been a long, exhausting week.much akin to the weekend we just had. Unfortunately. The kids are still sick. And I'm just about to the end of my rope. I'll spare you the excessive whiney details and instead share with you the brief outing I got on my own Friday morning. After I got all the kids up, checked everyone's temps and doled out meds, handed off the reigns to our former nanny (who's back with us on Friday mornings! But back to my outing! My Kail...

Life With the Leevers: March 2014
http://lifewithleevers.blogspot.com/2014_03_01_archive.html
Monday, March 31, 2014. We were the lucky beneficiaries of Kelli's 30th birthday present to Kendall.a trip to Sugarland! Of course Hunter was lovin' having his boy in town and made him take ridiculous pics! The boys had outings. And the girls hung at home with these two cuties. Logan (7 months) Tyler (4 1/2 months). Sawyer gave Logan as many hugs/squeezes/lion roars as he does Tyler. At first Logan was not so sure of this tall LOUD creature. How cute is he with his big blue eyes? Friday, March 28, 2014.

Life With the Leevers: June 2015
http://lifewithleevers.blogspot.com/2015_06_01_archive.html
Wednesday, June 17, 2015. Since the last post was about Sawyer, I thought I'd give Tyler some spot light. Tyler fits the little brother role to a perfection. He follows Sawyer around non stop, but expects the limelight too. He does this hilarious animal dance when he's trying to be goofy, and he is goofy so often. I need to get that on camera. Below is his "no" face! Tyler loves babies, but a little too hard. Here he is with sweet Benjamin Magri in the hill country! No concept of personal space! I though...

Life With the Leevers: September 2014

Sunday, September 28, 2014. JH and I were so pumped to get to go to the Texans game and it was the best game! We don't have game gear but we do have red and blue! We are so thankful that Carrie and Pete were able (and willing) to watch our rascals. They were perfect angels.Doesn't this picture tell you just that? Tyler said, for the record, that he had nothing to do with Sawyer's wrestling on the bed.some how he just ends up in the mix. Maybe big brother.". Thanks so much Carrie and Pete! Seeing Sawyer p...
