I get to hear praise about my work, suggestions, ideas.I get to see your beautiful little ones. You are a stay at home mom? So please. I ask but one thin...

Life with a child with atypical Rett Syndrome. What am I doing here? I wasn’t expecting that…. A new girl →. August 11, 2015. But it is important to me to talk about children’s hospice. Because Vegemite and I have been raising money for Hummingbird House. Which when it is completed, will be the first children’s hospice in Queensland and the third in the whole of Australia. Which is crazy, considering there are over 300,000 life-limited kids in Queensland alone. To start with, we did the usual thing of se...

Bright Side of Life!: January 2015
http://brightsideoflifeasd.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html
Tuesday, January 27, 2015. The world of a special needs mother. I sit on the peripheral, glancing at the time displayed on my phone. It all comes down to time. Every precious second of it. Time is dictated by my child. Time revolves around him. It's not his fault. It is not mine. My personal window of time is limited. I can make a plan for extra time. A little pocket of an extra hour, or two, or three. But time always pulls me back in. Back to my child. It's not his fault. It is not mine. It is not mine.

http://planetoutreach-asd.blogspot.com/2013_04_01_archive.html
