Well after not running for a week whilst trying to get the ankle better, I ran out of patience and started back again on Monday. I have two weeks until Ramadhan to get fit again. Monday pm - 35 m. Sat avo - a 56 min run through the bush. After having about 60 people over at our house for breakfast on Sun avo, was too tired to even think about running. The Mad Guz's blog. Diary of training and racing. Wednesday, March 28, 2007. Mon pm - Ran home from work, 56m plus detour to car = 14km. Tues pm - Did a flying Mona Fartlek at Centennial last night. Good to be on the grass. Did 2 figure 8 laps of the lake, plus a section almost to the middle hut. A big improvement over last time I did by more than 300m. Wed am - 52 minutes with the boys around the bay. 12km. Monday, March 26, 2007. 3 to go - down from altitude. Sat pm - a cold evening, about 50 minutes.

Tues pm - 9 by 1km in 2:55-2:58 at Homebush, with 1m jog rest. Wed am 14km into work in about 57 min. Monday, June 25, 2007. Wed pm - Cant remember, but I ran. Thurs am - Mona Fartlek at Homebush in full tracky. Thurs pm - 60 min. Sun am - 2:18 for 32km slow but relaxed. Sun pm - 32 min for 8km. 171km for the week.
