Maman! I need help!: Confessions of an Anxious Mum
http://mamanineedhelp.blogspot.com/2015/07/confessions-of-anxious-mum.html
Wednesday, July 1, 2015. Confessions of an Anxious Mum. I've just had a pretty crappy day. In my head. With the kids. I can just feel it sometimes, before I even get out of bed. Today's going to be hard. And then I stop myself in my tracks and berate myself for having those thoughts and tell myself I should be positive. And then I change my mind and think "No, it's okay. Accept your thoughts for what they are". Just thoughts. Thoughts are just thoughts until I act on them. I can always dream, right?

Maman! I need help!: January 2015
http://mamanineedhelp.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html
Wednesday, January 14, 2015. I had two hours to myself on Saturday - bless my husband. So I went for a walk along the seaside, and as I watched my feet, advancing, one in front of the other, over and over again, it dawned on me that this is much what my life is like at the moment. Doing one thing after another, day after day, and doing so almost like an automat. Pretty boring and unexciting. What are your roots? It was a gift. A magical moment that came unexpected, but which I opened myself to. After tha...

Maman! I need help!: April 2014
http://mamanineedhelp.blogspot.com/2014_04_01_archive.html
Thursday, April 24, 2014. Your smile could change a life. It's been a long silence from me. I've been living life. Or rather trying to catch up with life. Or maybe it was just surviving. I'm not too sure, and it doesn't really matter. I'm back! Winnie the Pooh is such a wise bear. My parents flew over from Switzerland (that's over 30 hours of travel! He carried, burped and fed my newborn son.She cooked, cleaned and entertained my bewildered preschool daughter. Friends brought over meals. A very dear coup...

Maman! I need help!: August 2014
http://mamanineedhelp.blogspot.com/2014_08_01_archive.html
Tuesday, August 26, 2014. It's the little things. It's the little things. That matter these days. Not the "where will we be living in 5 years time? It's the "I'm enjoying this cup of coffee", or "the kids only fought 4 times today", or "the sun is shining", or "I can read a book for 5 minutes", or "wow, look at these flowers" things.
