Monday, March 9, 2015. Since coleman was born, i have had a rash sort-of thing on my body. Can't sleep itch, scratch until i bleed itch, can't function itch. Just a never ending itch. The itching part deserves its own post. Not a breast yeast infection. I need a liver cleanse. There is no such thing as candida. No one else in my house has scabies, but whatever. Monday, October 6, 2014. Our family has proven it is possible to have a middle child when you have 4 children. Because of different personalities, this boy has always been our middle child. He was stuck in his spot after the 5th baby too). My grandmother once told me the 'squeaky tire gets the oil'. He's never gotten much oil. In his own quiet way, he's growing up and is now. One of the big boys. The only problem with this. Our next boy in line isn't really middle child material.

Thursday, February 12, 2015. Now i am playing the waiting game. More biopsies have been sent off. ugh. We are waiting on a label. Especially when i do not feel good while life continues to spin around me. Next week i also have an allergist appointment. That would be an easy fix. The dermatologist is thinking an autoimmune disease. Still trying to wrap my brain around those foreign words. I feel like my body is failing me and my family. Deep down i know it could be worse. Thy will be done.

Saturday, January 1, 2011. Shrimp and Chorizo Enchiladas. 1 bag large shrimp. 2 links fresh/raw chorizo. 1 can of green chilis. 2 cloves garlic (or powder). Bag of frozen corn. Small corn tortillas (old town tortilla factory or handmade preferred). Chipotle powder or in adobo. Saute pepper, onion, garlic, chorizo, add shrimp and corn, half the verde salsa, chipotle 1 tbsp, jalepeno if desired. Line baking dish with remaining tomatillo salsa, place cheese in tortillas and filling, fold over and line dish.
