Friday, April 1, 2011. The crock-pot has got to be one of my favorite appliances to use, I love the ease of it! Hubby said that this was one of his favorite meals I've ever made and it was probably the most tender meat I've ever produced from the crock-pot. Added bonus, my very VERY picky :) sister-law even loved it and so did her bf! So give this a whirl, I hope you enjoy it as much as we all did. 3-4 lb. pork tenderloin. 1 env onion soup mix. 1 onion, chopped. 3 Tbsp. soy sauce. 3 cloves garlic, minced.
