I originally qualified as a fitness instructor (Y.M.C.A.fit) in the UK in 2005 and taught Aerobics, Body Pump and Step, however due to sports injuries and sprains, I began using Pilates exercises as a way of healing and recuperation. I was so impressed with Joseph Pilates' method that I studied with the P.T.T.I. and became a professional Pilates Teacher in 2012. Now living in France on the borders of The Lot and The Dordogne.
