Here's an easy one and you can take out the cheese if you are vegan! It's also a quick, easy snack to munch on in between clients if you are a personal trainer. Enjoy! 1 tsp chopped fresh oregano 1/3 cup Greek dressing (add as much or as little of this as you want) 2 Tbl crumbled feta cheese Juice of a lemon Salt and pepper to taste Method of preparation.
