I went to the gym this morning at 5:00 am to have a session with my trainer and guess what? He didn't show up and he finally texted at 6:30 something when I was on my way to work that he had overslept. This was after he cancelled on me last night. Today's Eats (no pics - sorry didn't have my phone while eating). Before Gym - banana. Drive Home - Planters Nutrition snack pack.

Same old stuff for breakfast and lunch, but dinner - now that's a different story. I love Fridays at my home! Everyone's here working on flowers so I cook for everyone. My Journey from At Risk to Healthy Living - 1 pound and 1 day at a time. Wednesday, October 19, 2011. Monday was back to the routine for me and I had a normal eating schedule again. Back to lots of good veggies and protein. Monday dinner was the same as Friday dinner from last week - leftovers (first chance I had to eat them) since I made my pulled brisket. Breakfast - yogurt and cheese for breakfast with some trail mix thrown in there. Lunch - chicken and broccoli and a couple of clementines.
