Balancing being husband, dad to 4 active boys (their sports), career and running is a constant challenge. Time for me is running and my bike. Sunday, 16 August 2015. ASYLC-IMSMM (c.60kms for the week). No running today as we spent the morning at Bidart beach (still v large swell) and then in the afternoon in the pool with the boys. We again played back today's surfing Gopro pix/videos and they are incredible - I had stopped at Ripcurl to buy surfboard Gopro attachers for T and L. Current resting HR: 41.
