Wednesday, September 23, 2009. The carpenter was back today installing mirrors, towel racks, shower screens etc. few pics below. The concrete was meant to be laid today but this morning they hadn't arrived as yet. Carpenter said tilers were coming on Saturday to lay main floor tiles and carpet is being laid on Tuesday. Thursday, October 8, 2009. We had our walk through this morning, were very happy to find majority of the stuff we had noticed had been fixed. There were still a few spots that still needed painting, a bit of patching etc. not much though. And the best news. HANDOVER IS ON TUESDAY! Monday, March 23, 2009. Back to council and Wish card. We finally heard back from Wisdom on some of issues. They have redrawn up the plans with the window change and that has been sent back through to the council today. Still haven't heard anything about the price of the upper poly cupboards, been over three weeks now. The driveway bond was paid last week through the council, so just waiting still.
