There are no additional, chargeable BWKS services required to run Unity. The only service required is Client Call Control. Unity Agent and Supervisor will expose the functionality supported in the BWKS Standard and Premium call centres. For example, users must be members of Call Centre Premium to use the inbound/outbound DNIS functionality in Unity. Call centre queues must have Client Call Control assigned in order that the “Calls in Queue” and “Longest Wait” stats are real-time.
