Monday, July 03, 2006. New Brunswick Acadian Poutines Rapees. 1 lb fatty salt pork. 4 potatoes (cooked, mashed and seasoned with salt and pepper). Makes around 6 poutines. 1 Soak the salted pork in cold water overnight to remove the excess salt. 2 Cut into cubes. 3 Grate the uncooked potatoes and extract the water from them by squeezing them in a cheese cloth. 4 Mix the grated potatoes with the mashed, seasoned potatoes, adding more seasoning if necessary. 8 Serve hot with butter, salt and pepper.

Dieting fucking sucks losing weight fucking sucks but you know what sucks even more? Stepping on a scale and realizing you have allowed yourself to get to 294.5 pounds. I am almost 300 pounds and that is a number I never want to fucking reach EVER! In 2 years I will have lost 104 and I think that is feasible!
