During this period I was both a teacher as well as a student. My first teaching started in SSI (Software Solutions integrated Limited) a training institute. His main contention was , taking into account the fact that he could spend the same amount of time on both students,how could he equalise the learning of writing skills to minimise the negative effects of student variability.
