Monday, March 5, 2012. This is a photo of a painting Mary Adams just finished. It is of her son, Sam Adams and his daughter Sienna. Sienna had just fallen asleep and Sam put his strong hands on her tummy. She put her hand on top of his and her body melted and relaxed completely into his safe arms. Friday, September 21, 2012. Cherilyn's Birthday is TOMORROW. Happy Birthday! We went downtown to see the International Art Competition at the Church History Museum. Would have been fun to have more artists along for this fun field trip. But we thoroughly enjoyed our time none the less. Jen worked on her Mary and Baby Jesus painting today. Last week Kylie worked on a Wolf Kahn. Wonderful colors! Meghan worked on her Disney painting. Cute! Sunday, April 22, 2012. Magnolia Tree at Kingsbury. Went to a Beatles tribute band show at the Kingsbury Hall in SLC and saw some gorgeous flowers on a magnolia tree. Used the handy Iphone to capture it and do a painting. Submitted it to the Springville Art Museum show, Spring Salon. Didn't get in the show this year (about 1,000 artists entered, only 200 got to show. Their work). Next year! Sunset on the Great Salt Lake. 5"X7" oil on board completed end of March-beginning of April 2012. Busy in the Studio.
