The World Is Our Classroom: Mirrors & Windows
http://worldourclassroom.blogspot.com/2015/03/mirrors-windows.html
One gringo family. living, loving and serving God in a remote corner of Honduras. The 7 of Us. In our house, we have two mirrors and quite a few open windows. Our windows are wood slats that never fully close. Oddly enough, when I am in Honduras, I rarely look in the mirror and spend a lot of time looking out of the windows. I miss writing so much. So much in my head rattles around and bounces off only me. this cannot be healthy (haha). I pray for minutes to write and process. March 15, 2015 at 12:50 PM.

Quests of Motherhood: The Diagnosis: 7q11.23 Duplication
http://felinidelarosa.blogspot.com/2014/02/the-diagnosis-7q1123-duplication.html
Sunday, February 9, 2014. The Diagnosis: 7q11.23 Duplication. A occupational therapist gave me permission to grieve. She traveled the road herself and explained that dismissing the pain does not lessen it. It is still there. She gave me permission to acknowledge the grief and anger. There were others more qualified. Why me? Posted by Cynda Western Felini. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. We're Now on Facebook! There was an error in this gadget. Quests of Motherhood: October 2011

Sunday, October 23, 2011. Cleanse: Post-Cleanse Day 1 and Final Thoughts. I successfully completed the Standard Process Cleanse! You can find it on Amazon. Just type in Standard Process Purification Kit). It was a hard program to stick with but well worth it! I'm a firm believer in the tape measure. Seven pounds doesn't like a lot but in inches it amounts to:. 2 1/2 inches lost in the waist. 1 1/2 inches lost in the hips. 2 inches lost in the mid-section (belly button- the widest part of the belly).

Quests of Motherhood: May 2011

Thursday, May 26, 2011. The Quest for Encouragement: The Church's Part. A friend on Facebook, recently, posted a link to an article, titled "How to Find a Good Church". It is less about how to find a church and more about what a good church looks like. It is a fantastic article, and I chose to share it with my friend's list. Can be very trying, frustrating, and even heart breaking. I know the same is true for families who have down syndrome, autism, and other genetic disorders. One person told me rec...

Sunday, March 20, 2011. Book Review: Thank You, God, for Mommy. I give this book 5-stars. It is a great book for children from birth to 4-years. The text is short enough even for the shortest attention span. The illustrations are interesting enough to keep in the older readers interested. Posted by Cynda Western Felini. Links to this post. Tuesday, March 8, 2011. Book Review: God’s Promises Devotional Journal. I give this book 4-stars and not 5-stars, only because I would like to have seen each devotion ...

The Carson Chronicles: Ice Day 2015
http://joshuaandlindsay.blogspot.com/2015/02/ice-day-2015.html
Monday, February 23, 2015. You can count on Texas for a couple things - winter is always a weather rollercoaster and you will get at least 1 snow (aka ice) day a year. Today we had just that! When public school is closed, our kids' school is closed so we get to hang out ALL day and I LOVE it. After a little bit of work and nap time, we headed outside for a little bit because that is what you just have to do when it "snows" in Texas. Next up. cookies! And some fort building. I ♥ naptime.
