This blog is about my journey through one of the most beautiful experiences in my life. By the way, hapa is a Hawaiian term that means mixed. My baby is half Filipino half Cuban. Friday, March 1, 2013. Baby, We Are Showered with Love! Month seven in this pregnancy has been a bit of a roller coaster ride. The heartburn has gotten worse! After multiple miscarriages, we were gifted with our precious and most desperately-wanted daughter. After many struggles; we’ve found a place to land, a home in which to grow our children, and possibly the freedom to live our lives without fear or restraint. I am so excited for the future.
