Since Justin turned 3, we'd been hoping to hear back from one of the local preschools so he could join a part-time class. The Children's Growing Center (CGC) was at the top of our list but was full- and we'd been on the waiting list for almost a year. Unfortunately age and timing make all the difference! Family Pictures - 2010. 65279;We managed to squeeze in some family pictures for the holidays, just before our new addition joins us. Justin had a good time playing in the trees and running in the park. I was happy to see how many good shots we got! Hopefully in the next month or so we'll be able to add some of our "little girl" once she arrives. A trio. for now! Fun pretending to "fish" with a stick.

The adventures of jon-paul, jessica, justin and della stefani. Sunday, October 24, 2010. A very dear friend of mine, Tressa, asked if she could throw a baby shower to celebrate our coming addition. It was such a nice gesture! She even set up a theme for the event- Breakfast at Tiffany's! Everyone was asked to wear black dresses and pearls. I was so pleased to see the entire party play along with the idea! All the ladies- my mom is behind the camera. Jon-paul, jessica, justin and della stefani.

The adventures of jon-paul, jessica, justin and della stefani. Tuesday, December 21, 2010. Baby Girl Stefani Update. Yep, she was due to arrive on December 13th, but has yet to make her appearance. We had the option of inducing on 12/09, but I ended up opting to cancel that appointment. Part of it was simply because I didn't want to rush her along- it wasn't medically necessary in any way. Part of it was also in consideration of possible insurance reprocussions. So 12/13 came and went!

Justin's Pre-School had their annual fundraiser Saturday (26 March) where all the kids performed to a theme (50's music). Justin's class did the song 'Shout' - perfect for an energetic group of young kids. The costumes were based on a cheerleading squad and that necessitated pom-pom's for all. Here is a movie to give you a flavor of the routine. It was a lot of fun for everyone.

The adventures of jon-paul, jessica, justin and della stefani. Friday, February 11, 2011. Our baby girl was born on December 22 at 10:13 pm, weighing 8 lbs 11 oz and measuring 21" long. We tried to avoid a "Christmas Baby" but ended up pretty darned close! As it was, we ended up going home on Christmas Eve. I love the little stocking cap in this photo. Some of the volunteers at the hospital were handing them out just for the week of Christmas. So sweet! Jon-paul, jessica, justin and della stefani.

Much sugar to be had I'm sure! But we filled out those cute little Valentine's Day cards for him to give to his friends at school. They were Disney themed- of course! But it was fun to watch him select each card specifically for each friend. He put a lot of thought into the process. And our little cherub!

I took the artistic liberty to cut out my belly a bit, but trust me, it's there! Justin is also doing well. Quite the question/inquiry man, "What's that? Read that sign, please! Are those our neighbors? That means he'll fly up once a month, but maybe once the baby is a little older, we'll be able to go together and visit family at the same time.
