Connor Hammond: April 2010
http://connorhammond.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html
Thursday, April 29, 2010. Well I have neglected this long enough, and now that I have nothing to do I might as well return to writing useless information on a site that nobody reads. A couple weeks ago, between countless hours in the library, I remembered that I had a blog. In an effort to rejuvenate my motivation to update this thing, I decided to give this site a complete overhaul. Sadly it didn't work. So thats it for now, hopefully the next time I update it won't be months from now. Here is a com...

Ari O'Speedwagon: Andrew Bird and Stunt Food
http://ari-o-speedwagon.blogspot.com/2011/01/andrew-bird-and-stunt-food.html
Saturday, January 1, 2011. Andrew Bird and Stunt Food. Man, I heart Andrew Bird. This song is from his 2001 album, "The Swimming Hour". I saw Mr. Bird at the Folk Festival a couple of years ago and, hitherto his taking the stage, I and my friends were on the green space boozing and laughing and just generally being the village idiots that we frequently are. Then Bird took the main stage, and within seconds we were all of us transfixed. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. Racing&...

Constantly Learning: If one ever needed inspiration...
http://bradcunningham.blogspot.com/2010/09/if-one-ever-needed-inspiration.html
A sporadically updated view into my world. Tuesday, September 28, 2010. If one ever needed inspiration. While Reid Coolsaet's blog is on my regular reading list, I wonder how many others have liked to his latest post (I know Liam. Is all over it). That extra 200m over 42km makes these calculations a bitch during a marathon. Truer words have never been spoken. Thanks for the inspiration. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Constantly Learning: The road back
http://bradcunningham.blogspot.com/2010/08/road-back.html
A sporadically updated view into my world. Thursday, August 26, 2010. The road back to feeling like a runner is 50 hours long. The road back to feeling like a runner is 600km long. The road back to feeling like a runner costs 46,000 calories. It is not a long road, but it is one that requires patience, perseverance, and consistency. And the road back to feeling like a runner just gets you to the start of the longer road to becoming a runner. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). My Education Blog List.

Constantly Learning: October 2010
http://bradcunningham.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html
A sporadically updated view into my world. Saturday, October 23, 2010. I have a list of about 20 blogs and websites I read on a regular basis. Of these, two of the ones I read this morning had posts about kids. One good friend and one blog friend share beautiful, touching words about what it is like and what it means to be a parent. You should probably read them. Jasper Blake - On Parenting. Fitness Geek - 11 Months and growing. Links to this post. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). My Education Blog List.

Constantly Learning: August 2006
http://bradcunningham.blogspot.com/2006_08_01_archive.html
A sporadically updated view into my world. Monday, August 28, 2006. Jasper Wins Ironman Canada! I ran some of my toughest training runs with Jasper this summer in preparation for the ENDURrun. We ran at Elk/Beaver Lake (a 10k trail loop) where we were holding 3:50/km for a given period of time (my two runs with him were for 90 minutes and 2 hours - he did many more). Running with him worked well as Jasper was training for Ironman Canada and 3:50/km was his goal pace for the marathon. Links to this post.
