Make Eat. Love. Thursday, July 26, 2012. Famous Chopped Chicken Salad. This is a salad they serve at an Italian restaurant at the Mall of America called Tucci Benucch. It has been one of Quenton's and my favorite restaurants since we were dating.17 years ago! We've gone for Valentine's Day in recent years. Q always orders this salad. I usually order a pasta dish and then we share both. It's so good, I've been making it at home for years. Crumbled crispy cooked bacon. Gorgonzola or blue cheese crumbled.

It is the perfect combination of sweet and tart. Don't limit yourself to just holidays though.it's so good anytime! The leftovers make a great breakfast or lunch or in-between-meals-snack or all of the above.did I just type that? I love this salad. Life, as we know it. Tuesday, July 28, 2009. Vin on the go! Here is the Vin-Man breaking in his new Spiderman scooter this last spring. I picked up a Transformers sport helment for him as well. He had a fun time testing the elbow pads and knee pads that came with the helmet. Life, as we know it. Thursday, January 15, 2009. Vin LOVES Spiderman right now! I got him a Spiderman Scooter for Christmas so now he's zooming around the house on that thing constantly. plus, he can put on his Spiderman hat and gloves and shoot webs at my camera when I try to take his picture.
