北海道にある 札幌市内は除く 、食品を製造 加工している施設とスーパーマーケットなどのいわゆるバックヤード部門を 有する施設 が認証を受けることができます。 いつまでに を取得する この目標がないと なかなか衛生レベルは高まりません。 ＨＡＣＣＰの土台となる 前提条件 プログラム ＰＰとかＰＲＰと呼ばれる では 従業員の教育 が必要で、それによって意識が向上するという一面もあります。 社長は目標を達成するために真剣になりますし、 保健所 や 衛生の専門家 が工場を点検に来るのですから当然恥ずかしい姿は見せられないと やはり真剣になります。 もちろん、衛生レベルが向上すれば 食中毒 や 食品事故発生 は減ります。 金属片の混入クレームがＡ社では５件に１件で、Ｂ社では１０件に１件ならばどちらの製品を 使いますか 加工メーカーも 原料 が安全でなければ安全な 製品 は作れないことがわかってきています。
