First total immersion swimming lesson. Out of all the 4 disciplines required for a quadrathlon, my weakest was swimming (I can swim about 50 meters and I cant tread water). So swim coaching for me was a must, i first started by reading sites on open water and distance swimming which then lead me to this book : Total Immersion: The Revolutionary Way to Swim Better, Faster and Easier. The session was 45 for an hour and worth every penny. I might even post the video footage if I feel brave enough!
