Tuesday, November 30, 2010. Executive, Legislative, Judicial, Oh My! So I've decided that it's hard to judge the government; I may disagree with some of a politician's decisions, but could I really do any better? Would I know how to work the system and make deals or sacrifices to get things accomplished? Things, as opposed to the sometimes slower workings of the Senate, and that he has at least focused some of his attention on a cause I think especially threating to our country: the massive national debt.

There has been alot of controversy over the military's 'Don't Ask, Don't Tell' policy, also referred to as DADT. The 'Don't Ask, Don't Tell' policy restricts the United States Military from revealing closeted gays and contracting under oath that gay military not speak openly about being gay in the military. The first man to be held to this policy was Lieutenant Gotthold Frederick Enslin, discharged in 1778.
