The skirt is actually an extension of the frame. Frame ring1 and ring0 (the skirt bottom) are glued together. I would wait to do that until after you have assembled the skirt onto ring0 since it will be easier to move the parts around that way. Basically I created a set of risers that have the shape of the skirt. The skirt design is more difficult than it looks. It's difficult to get the curved end pieces and the angled side pieces to line up with the ribs. This isn't the first skirt design that I made.
