Monday, April 23, 2012. Valley of the Gods,. 9 x 12 inches. Oil on wood panel. The Valley of the Gods, is located just outside of Mexican Hat, UT, not far from Monument Valley. It is one of the most amazing places I have ever visited. There is a 17 mile drive on a narrow dirt road going through the area. If you ever get close to this magnificent place, be sure to drive through. Especially if you are there at first light. To purchase this painting for $200, email me. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Tuesday, August 19, 2014. 6 x 6 inches. Oil on wood panel. I have always loved bold colors in painting, so I decided to let my Pop Art vibe run wild with this one. The blue on the painting is actually somewhat darker than in the photo, but I can't get the photo to match it correctly, so you'll just have to use your imagination. http://painting-life.blogspot.com/2011/05/sognatore-dreamer.html
Oil Paintings by New Hampshire seacoast artist Todd Bonita. Wednesday, May 18, 2011. Sognatore" (DaVinci drawing with Key) 8x6" (oil on wood). Every time I look at this, I want to think of something witty and wonderful to say. I ask myself, why is the key larger than her head? Has the key unlocked this memory of a woman both delicate and timeless? I like your painting! The emotions of the woman in the painting could really be seen! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
