Healthy, tasty and unforgettable! May 12, 2015. About two years ago I had had fruit salad as desert at a friend’s house. It was absolutely divine. I could not believe how amazing fruit salad could be! I had wanted to make it, so searched for a recipe, and found this that seemed to be quite creamy and sweet and yummy. It didn’t turn out to be wonderful, although it was okay. My personal rating: 3. It’s to cook from scratch! 1/2 small pineapple, chopped into small bite sized pieces. 1 tsp lemon juice.

I realized after I served everyone that I should have had some salad or yoghurt or something with it. The lone entree dish looked very sad on the plate with no friends. My quest to be fit. My journey to exercising daily. April 16, 2015. Week 5 day 3 and 4 done. I ran 4 miles day before yesterday and 3 today. This is the first week since I started training that I’ve followed the training plan very strictly. It feels good. Tomorrow is the big one. 7 miles! Then a day off. I love the days off!
