Running Weight loss Lifestyle Food. Races & Discounts. No One Cares About My. August 7, 2015. Happy weekend fun time! Anything exciting going on? Over here the only excitement is my cat attacking me. And then ignoring me. I think I’ve mentioned this before but when I first started running I would only run on a treadmill. I first used my Grams’ treadmill in her patio. Raquo; Cascade Crest Training Camp. Cascade Crest Training Camp. August 7, 2015. It’s the end of the week and I STILL can’t stop smiling about last weekend’s trip to explore the Cascade Crest 100 course (and its nearby saloons, breweries and creeks) with new friends. On Friday morning, I headed up to Easton, Washington (where the race starts and finishes), and joined a handful of other runners for three days of checking out the dirt in the Northern Cascades. Day One: 14 miles/4k’ of climbing/Miles 0-7.

Raquo; Last Round of Bib Practice. Last Round of Bib Practice. July 29, 2015. I thought you dropped. Those were the first words I heard after I crossed the finish line in 5 hours and 33 minutes at the SOB50k this past weekend. They were uttered by a friend who generally races around my pace, but had been waiting at the aforementioned finish line for nearly 40 minutes by the time I ran across it. My actual goals for this particular race were:. 1) To get a final round of bib practice. Main show in August.
