Friday, November 28, 2014. 로 기록한 운동기록 사진을 올리면서 '작심사일'이라고 제목을 달았는데, 그 말대로 오늘 대박 지각을 했고, 아침운동은 못 했다. 전날에 OB/YB 모임이 있어서 술을 마시긴 했는데, 안하던 운동을 한다면서 새벽5시에 일어나다 보니 피곤이 누적되었는지 늦잠을 잤다. 전날 술을 마셔도 아침운동은 거르지 않았는데, 5일째 다시 작심을 해야 하다니. ㅠ.ㅠ. 내일도 일찍 일어나서 운동을 해야겠지만, 주말에는 새벽에 잠을 자는 탓에 아침운동을 할 수 있는지 자신이 없다. 그래도 작심삼일을 무한루프로 돌리면서 살아야겠지?
