My parents moved in March. They’re in the same awesome neighborhood in Philly so my trips home haven’t lost the geography of their nostalgia. Why you may get fat when you don’t eat enough. When you stop regularly consuming a suitable amount of calories, you body begins to run low on energy and decides it’s necessary to stock pile energy.
